I'm Heidi…

A degree-qualified, AHPRA registered acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner working with patients across Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. I'm particularly interested in women's health, healthy ageing, and supporting people through all stages of life with individualised, evidence-informed care.

One of the things I value about Chinese medicine is that it encourages me to look beyond the symptom someone has come in with. I'm interested in how different aspects of your health fit together and how they've changed over time. That understanding helps shape the way I approach treatment. My aim is not only to address symptoms, but also to help people make better sense of their health and the factors that may be influencing it.

I commonly work with people seeking support for digestive health, fatigue, sleep, pain, and longer-standing chronic health concerns, as well as women seeking support through different stages of life, including pregnancy, the postpartum period, perimenopause and menopause.

Training & Professional Practice

I hold a degree in Chinese medicine and practise acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in accordance with current professional and regulatory standards. My approach is informed by ongoing education, current research, and reflective clinical practice. I value staying engaged with emerging evidence while recognising the importance of clinical experience and individual patient presentation.

My undergraduate research into acupuncture and endometriosis-related pain, recognised in 2025 with the Dean's Award for Undergraduate Research Excellence, is part of why endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain remain a particular interest of mine.
